Joyella Workshop

I am overjoyed to share the incredible success and breathtaking images from the very first Joyella Workshop, a collaboration between my dear partner Angela Wong of Lovella Lifestyle and myself. Joyella was born out of our deep, mutual love for all things pretty. Angela and I have been collaborating long before Joyella was “official”, but to see our collaboration come to life at the first Joyella workshop was a dream come true. Together, we created a workshop that celebrated the fresh colors of spring while paying homage to the timeless beauty of old-world Europe.

From the moment attendees arrived, they were transported into a world of refined elegance. We meticulously designed every aspect of the workshop to infuse portfolios with the essence of luxury. Vibrant floral arrangements perfectly complemented the spring season, while the carefully crafted stationery suites created stunning flat lays, worthy of being published in top publications such as Style Me Pretty, 100 Layer Cake, Inspired by This, Wedding Chicks and more… All publications that both myself and Angela have had the honour of being featured in.

When choosing models for the workshop, we almost always want to photograph a real couple! Workshops come alive when our attendees have the opportunity to photograph real love and authenticity. Alongside this incredible couple, attendees were treated to a carefully curated bridal editorial. This dreamy pink tulle gown paired with gorgeous custom jewellery by Haiku Lane really set the tone for fine art elegance.

To transport our attendees to the enchanting world of old-world Europe, we incorporated French provincial furniture into the workshop. Each piece was carefully selected to infuse the atmosphere with a timeless charm that elevated every photograph. 

Joyella embraced a color palette inspired by the joys of spring. Shades of pink, yellow, and white radiated freshness and enchantment. The imagery captured the joy and delight we all experience when we welcome spring after a long winter.
